There are LOTS of details that have to be reviewed and understood in each and every real estate purchase.. like: Is the price appropriate and fair? Is the title clear and can it be transferred legally? Is this home safe? Are there any unseen issues with this home? Is this a good buy? What is the neighborhood appreciation like? and on and on...

On the selling side I'm equal parts perfectionist/communicator/artist & negotiator which is an ideal combo for representing clients looking to beautifully prepare and sell their home for the highest price the market will bear. I believe every client should benefit from this level of detail and service, because, even if you're buying a home just to live in and enjoy, it should still be a wise purchase that will work as a great investment for you and your family over time.
